I wholeheartedly recommend Frank Leta Honda and our sales person for a car-buying experience that is truly a pleasure. I have never previously referred to an automobile purchase as "a pleasure," but Leta has made that happen. We purchased a new Odyssey to meet the needs of our growing family. I was the stalwart I'll-never-own-a-minivan type, but my wife did some gentle nudging and I decided to do my homework. After some previous experience with the Frank Leta group, I figured we would start with Frank Leta Honda and see where the winds took us. We were greeted immediately in the showroom by our sales associate, who asked all the right questions and guided us through a tour of the Honda Odyssey. Their friendly nature, expert knowledge of her product line, willingness to let us take an extended test drive, and an extremely low-pressure sales pitch had us feeling really great about a purchase. The negotiation and finance processes went very smoothly - again, very low pressure, and we were able to reach a very fair price on both purchase and trade. The finance manager was equally as friendly and got us through the arduous process of finance and final purchase. We had a very good experience with both our internet salesman and our dealership salesman. The salesman spent a lot of time with us (and out in the cold) to make sure we bought the car we wanted, an Accord EX-L, at a good price. We appreciated his explanation and demonstration of the car's main technology features before we drove it home. We left the next morning for a 4 day trip to the Atlanta area and truly enjoyed the experience of driving this classy car.

wow! I never knew buying a new car could be so easy and painless! I was somewhat dreading the whole event because of prior experiences....but then we met our sales associate! For one, they must have the patience of a saint, because I am the shopper who likes to look at everything and then make my decision (unlike my husband who sucks the fun right out of it by seeing - liking - buying). The sales associate was totally accommodating to everything - our schedule, our questions, our 2 kids that were with us...my anxiety. I think I actually had 'fun' buying a new car! who knew?? I may have to do this again :o) I can't say enough great things about our sales associate and would totally recommend them and the 'car-buying-pleasure' they provide. I'm pretty sure they won't be making my payments for me, but I still think they are THE BEST! Thank you Frank Leta Honda for providing such a courteous sales member and from what I hear....and awesome service department too! I would be remiss if I did not mention the added bonus of the popcorn machine and fully stocked refrigerator...a total hit with our boys! :o)

  9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
  10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Frank Leta Honda will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Frank Leta Honda as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Frank Leta Honda.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
  11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Frank Leta Honda will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Frank Leta Honda by e-mail or phone
      636-336-6280 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
    4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
