1972 BMW 2002 tii Exotic Classics is pleased to present this 1972 BMW 2002 tii. Featured in Inca Orange, which is arguably the most desirable color for this car, with a Black interior, the car also features the rare factory sunroof. The car has apparently been re-painted once, but the interior is original with the exception of the popular smaller-diameter aftermarket steering wheel. We offer this car exactly as we found it, which we would characterize as driver. It is in excellent mechanical condition and can be enjoyed as is. Or it is an excellent rust-free car with original panels for the BMW enthusiast that wants to take it to a higher level. The BMW came to us with the original manual and a huge file of service receipts. It is a California car which is evident from the history file. You will find a link below to a folder with photos of the manual and stack of receipts. We have singled out and photographed some recent major service receipts for work done by Dinan’s shop which support the cars’ mechanical integrity and driving quality. The 2002 tii is one of the most fun-to-drive and affordable collector cars available. The handling is lively and you get incredible feedback through the steering wheel, pedals and shifter. It is a true driver’s car in which you can carry family and friends. The tii is the top of the range, and the Ina Orange color and sunroof make this a great car to have. Inspection is invited.

 Terms & Conditions
Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.


Fee and Tax Information:

New York buyers will be charged sales tax and licensing and processed on your behalf. Out of state buyers (including other countries), we will send title and you will be responsible for registration and taxes in your own state or providence. 

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is due within 24 hours of the auction close. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the close of auction, unless other arrangements were made. Accepted payment methods are bank wire transfers, cashier's checks and money orders. If you wish to obtain financing, please do so ahead of time. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure exceptional auction integrity.
