In order for us to give you a temporary tag you must either:

1. pay sales tax

2. have a valid bill of lading

3. have a valid dealer license

AND

add the car to a valid insurance policy

Dealers with dealer plate or flatbeds are welcome to take the car any time!

This vehicle is being sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not bid unless you are willing and able to complete the transaction! By winning the bid on this item, you are buying it. Not buying the right to test drive, inspect it or negotiate. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle any time during the auction, just contact us. All inspections must be made prior to the close of auction. The owner of this vehicle has the right to end the auction at any time.

The winning bidder must make contact within 24 hours of auction close, supply a 10% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of auction close and the balance within 7 days of auction close. If you choose to fly in to pick up your new car, in most cases we can bring you from the airport to the vehicle at no cost. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
