1.     Payment Methods

a.     Cash on delivery, certified checks, bank wire transfers, or bank financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing established prior to placing final bid. If you need more information, please call us.

2.     Deposit & Payment of Remaining Balance

 .      A 10% deposit is required after the auction has ended to secure the transaction. The remaining balance due must be paid within 2 business days of the close of the auction, as well as all applicable fees & taxes. The vehicle will not be delivered until all financial transactions have been completed.

3.     Shipping

 .      The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call if you'd like us to suggest a shipping company.

4.     Buyer's Inspection

 .      We have done our best to make every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. Please make arrangements to have inspection done prior to auction ending. Buyer will be responsible for any fees incurred.

1.     Notice to Bidders

a.     Remember eBay rules - by placing a bid on this vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle from us.

Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

2.     Bid Retractions

 .      Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

3.     Successful Bidder

 .      The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 12 hours to confirm his/her intention to buy. Buyer has 3 days to consummate the deal. Otherwise, we have the right to pursue other bidders or sell the car outside the auction.

A $150.00 document fee will be collected from every buyer, no exceptions.  Michigan sales tax of 6% will be collected from all Michigan buyers.  Out-of-Michigan buyers are responsible for their own state taxes.  Some buyers may be required to pay their state's sales tax in Michigan if the vehicle is picked up in the state of Michigan.  Please call for more information.  Michigan buyers are responsible for a 15.00 title fee and all plate fees according to the state of Michigan.  Out-of-Michigan buyers are responsible for a 10.00 in-transit plate fee.
