The 2009 Audi R8 has been described as “an engineering marvel” and “the best Audi yet.” This feature-laden luxury sports car won big at its intro, the 2008 New York Auto Show, and certainly has the looks and the oomph to take on its major competition: the BMW M6, Porsche 911, and Aston Martin Vantage. Slick and distinctly aggressive, the '09 R8 quattro coupe carries a 4.2-liter, DOHC 32-valve FSI V8 and comes with Audi's R-tronic sequential-shift gearbox with a joystick shifter located on the center console and shift paddles mounted on the steering wheel - essentially, an automatic with attitude. Audi-USA claims that the 2009 Audi R8 was conservatively clocked at 0-60 in 4.4 seconds and touts a top speed of 187 mph. The EPA estimates mileage for the 2009 R8 to be 13/20 mpg. Did I mention that the ’09 Audi R8 is loaded with standard luxury features? Just a sampling include 19-inch by 8.5-inch front and 19-inch by 11-inch rear, five-arm, double-spoke alloy wheels and front and rear four-link suspension with adaptive damping shocks that can be electronically controlled for a sportier ride with excellent handling or a comfortable cruise in any weather and wraps it all with an automatically deployed rear spoiler, bi-Xenon headlights, and LED running and signal lights. Safety isn’t overlooked amid the luxury, the power and the styling. Standard safety features include four-wheel disc ABS with electronic brakeforce distribution, the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) with “Sport” and “Disable” settings and anti-slip regulation (ASP), an anti-theft alarm, six airbags in various deployment configurations, a crash sensor, and side intrusion door beams. So, if you want a Super Car at a Super Price act fast because at 420 hp this car can be gone in a flash!

Payment

Full payment is due within 3-days of auction end.  Please contact us prior to bidding if there is a potential problem.

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on ebay need to contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 3 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

 
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at local airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.  

Selling Policies

Please keep in mind that this vehicle is being sold from a dealership. The vehicle can be sold at any time. If the vehicle is sold every attempt will be made to have the ad taken down.  However, if it is within 12 of auction end, ebay will not allow us to remove it and will wil contact the winning bidder immediately

Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged NJ sales tax, registration, and documentary fees. Out of state buyers are also charged for the documentary fees.  However, out-of-state buyers are responsible for registering and paying the own state sale tax.  Each sale will have a $100 ebay fee.
