The exterior is in excellent condition. The paint is smooth and glossy and this Convertible really shows well.  It was never hit, crashed or painted! The rims are in good condition and the tires have plenty of tread on them. 

It was recently inspected and serviced.   

The interior is extremely clean, all original and in excellent condition. Included are 2 Keys, carpet mats, owner's manual, wind deflector, Mercedes first aid kit, and the original spare tire & tool kit.

What you can't see in the photos is that this CLK was originally purchased by us from an insurance company, back in January of 2009 as a theft recovery. It was whole, intact and wasn't damaged in any way or form. We put it through a NY Salvage Inspection; after which it was given a clean bill of health by the state, and issued a Rebuilt Title.

We then sold it in  2009 to a family friend, who   babied it and lovingly  took care of it.  We are currently selling  it for him. 

The current owner drove it trouble free for over four years, without any problems of any kind. It was never abused, and he loved and meticulously maintained it since the day he bought it. 

It has been several years since the vehicle was issued a Rebuilt Title, and it still drives and feels like new, with incredibly low-miles. I am fully confident that the next buyer will be more than pleased with this purchase.

4. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500 (NON-REFUNDABLE) by major credit card, paypal,  cash(in person) or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), bank certified funds to Seller.
5. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing established prior to placing final bid. A $95 document feeapplies to all transactions.
