• Naples Import Autos reserves the right to end this auction at any time due to vehicle being listed at multiple locations.
• Naples Import Autos makes every effort to present information that is accurate.  However, it is based on data provided by the vehicle (VIN) decoding and'or other sources including but not limited to car history data reports and therefore exact configuration, color, specifications, and accessories should be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed.  Under no circumstances will we be liable for any innaccuracies, claims, or losses of any nature.  Furthermore, inventory is subject to prior sale and prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices do not include tax, title, and registration fees. finance and or documentation charges, and shipping fees when applicable.  To ensure your complete satisfaction, please verify accuracy prior to purchase.
• All vehicles are sold "As Is."  Some vehicles may have exsisting factory warranty. No representations or warranties are made by seller.  A Manufacturer Warranty for the vehicle may still apply.  Car history resports sometimes convey beginning or ending periods of manufacturer warranties.  The best way to confirm this information is to call a manufacturer's franchise dealer (service department) and inquire as to the warranty details.  You will need to provide them with the VIN when you call.

SHIPPING

• Naples Import Autos uses fully licensed and insured third party shipping companies and will not be responsible for delivery time lines or any damages that may occur during transport, any damage claims will be directed to the shipping company.
• Many of our clients like to visit Florida and make a vacation out of the whole trip.  Naples Import Autos will be happy to assist our customers with local transportation and accomodations if you choose to pick up your vehicle in person.
• Shipping prices vary by location and service provided.
• Most of our clients have their vehicle shipped.  As a courtesy to our customers we can handle all shipping arrangements.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  If you are the winning bidder and are interested in having your vehicle shipped just let us know and we will walk you through the process.  
• Exporting - If you are purchasing a vehicle which will be exported overseas we can only release the vehicle to you via a transporter/shipper as the vehicle may not be operated on Florida roads with a temporary tag unless sales tax has been collected. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for taxes.

• Due to a high ratio of zero feedback bidders that prove to be non-paying bidders we request that any new bidders with zero feedback contact us via telephone at (352) 398-3957 or e-mail prior to bidding.  If a zero feedback bidder wins the auction and we cannot contact them or he/she does not contact us within one hour after the auction closes we will assume he/she is a non-paying bidder.  We then reserve the right to make a second-chance offer to the next bidder down or sell the vehicle otherwise.
• If bidding on a car please have financing pre-arranged or pre-approved
• Successful winning bidder must telephone (352)398-3957 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
• A $500 deposit should be made no later than 3 days after close of the listing, which can be done via Pay Pal, or any other source agreed upon.
• Within (5) business days of the end of the auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers check, approved bank draft, bank wire, cash in person, or certified funds.  If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on first come, first serve basis.
• In most cases, vehicle will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving full payment.
• Naples Import Autos accepts cashiers check, certified funds, or verified drafts from approved financial institutions.
• Out-of-State buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc., in their own State.
• Final price does not include sales tax or tag fees, please take this into consideration when bidding.  We will be happy to provide you with a 30-day temporary tag and registration at no extra charge.
• Naples Import Autos is licensed in the State of Florida and is responsible for collecting applicable sales taxes related to vehicle sales.  Please note: Sales tax for Florida residents is 6% for the State plus any applicable county discretionary tax.
• Out of State (non-Florida residents taking delivery in Florida: If customer takes delivery in the State of Florida and we issue a temporary tag, and your State has a reciprocal agreement with Florida, then we must collect your State's applicable Sales Tax up to a maximum of the Florida rae of 6%.  Any taxes over that amount you will pay when you register the vehicle in your State.  If your rate is less than 6% then the lower rate will be collected which you may present to your motor vehicle department as evidence of sales tax already paid.  Any balance of tax due and related title and resgistration fees are the buyer's responsibility.
