1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a
legal and binding contract to purchase that vehicle. This
arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
2. Other Peoples Stuff*, reserves the right to obtain and
verify the registered information of all bidders participating
in this auction. Other Peoples Stuff reserves the right to
cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end of the
auction
early if necessary. Furthermore, Other Peoples Stuff*, shall
not
be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
3. A Bidder with excessive negative feedback or bid
retractions
will be automatically rejected.
4. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized
within 24 hours of auctions ending. We encourage the buyer to
view and inspect in person. We cannot be responsible for errors
in the listing, information comes from the consignors and/or
manufacturers. If you are not sure or have questions about
something it is the bidders responsibility to ask before
bidding.
5. Successful high bidder MUST contact Other Peoples Stuff*
within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to
complete their transaction. If no contact is made within 24
hours of auction end, Other Peoples Stuff* reserves the right
to
re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise.
6. Successful high bidder will submit a $1,000.00 non-
refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending either
by paypal.com, bank wire transfer, or overnight money
order/cashier's check.
7. All financial transactions must be completed within seven
(7) days of auction ending. If the transaction is not completed
within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit.

Arizona State Laws however we do not perform elective

authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no
warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside
will
be made on account of incorrectness, imperfection, defect or
