Details:

Driven less than 3000 miles since the restoration and kept in climate controlled garage.  This car has never been wrecked and the body work is excellent with straight lines and even gaps on all the body panels.

The paint on this car is very nice with no chips or scratches and no runs.  It is bright and shiny and highly reflective.  The bumpers and emblems are new.  The stainless moldings have been buffed.  The quarter panels have been replaced, there is no rust anywhere.  All the weather stripping has been replaced.  The W30 ram air hood gives this car its outstanding looks.

This 442 is equipped with a beautiful white interior that is in very nice condition with new vinyl seats, door panels, and carpet.  The restoration also included new brakes, new exhaust system, and rear air shocks. 

The car also features its original 4 spoke sports steering wheel.  There are no cracks in it or the dash.  It has a gauge package (all gauges work properly) with working tachometer.  The radio is a high end aftermarket unit with working power antenna.  The window glass is all in very good condition with only a few minor scratches.  The power top works flawlessly.

The engine has been rebuilt.  The engine bay and trunk are detailed and presents as mainly factory original.  The underside is rust-free with an excellent frame and is also very neat and tidy.

Mechanically the car is in great condition.  Everything works as it should; lights, wipers, turn signals, instruments, radio, interior lights, etc.  The vehicle starts quickly with no smoke and sounds great.  It idles and drives smoothly and does not smoke.  The transmission shifts crisply through all gears.  There are no vibrations, squeaks or rattles.

This car is a nice, refined cruiser and a pleasure to drive.  With the 455 big block coupled to the TH400 transmission it is also a very respectful muscle car.  If properly taken care of and maintained, this 442 represents a good investment and should not decline in value.

Financing

Deposit and Payment
Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact Hoosier Classic Motorcars within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.
If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re list, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally. Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Having some experience with shipping cars, I can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.  Feel free to call Dick at 765-994-9972 for more information.  Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. Full payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle is delivered over to the shipping company.

I will be more than happy to personally pick you up at any of the three area airports (Dayton, Cincinnati or Indianapolis). Just let me know your plans prior to making travel arrangements.
