Successful "winning" bidder must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction in person. Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment in person must be received. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The total amount due is the high bid or the buy-it-now price plus a title transfer fee and temporary tag fee that do not exceed $250.00, and your sales tax. We do not collect any extra fees or charges.

We collect sales tax for residents of Ohio (rate varies by county of residence) and for residents of Arizona (6.6%), California (7.25%), Florida (6.00%), Indiana (7.00%), Massachusetts (6.25%), Michigan (6.00%), South Carolina (6.00% with $300 tax cap), Washington (6.50%).  Under the United States Commerce Clause, your state must provide you with a sales tax credit for any sales tax we collect: you will not be double taxed. However, if the amount due to your state is higher than what we collect you are responsible for the difference.

Residents of all other states will be processed as Non-Residents, no tax due. Non-Residents are responsible for all state and/or county taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

While we strive to provide all documents in the shortest possible period of time, because of the lengthy process involved in handling titles and other registration documents, the State of Ohio allows thirty (30) days from the date of sale for titles & registration documents to be provided to buyers.
