TERMS OF SALE:

Bidder's must be at least 18 years of age, elligible for registration of a motor vehicle, have a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain automobile insurance.

The winning bidder is required to contact Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc. and submit a non-refundable $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is required within 7 calendar days of auction close. If the winning bidder does not adhere to this policy, Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle to another qualified buyer immediately.

Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc. reserves the right to end the auction early and cancel any and all bids at its sole discretion prior to the close of the auction.

Bidders with negative feedback must contact Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc. before placing a bid. If you fail to do so, your bid may be rejected during or after the auction.

We welcome third party inspections during business hours within 3 days of the date of deposit placement at our location only.

If you are flying or driving in to pick up your vehicle, please communicate your travel plans 48 hours in advance of your arrival. If we do not receive your travel plans, your vehicle may not be ready for delivery.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT:

All shipping and transport costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Vehicle will not be shipped until all funds have cleared our financial institution.

DEALER FINANCE:

Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc. has established relationships with approximately 20 lenders for all different credit situations. If you plan to have us work out the financing on your behalf please call Drew Smith at 313-584-2353.

Jorgensen Ford Sales, Inc. will charge a $200 document preparation fee to all customers. Further, all tax, title, plate, lender, shipping, travel and in-transit fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Michigan Residents will be required to pay Michigan Sales Tax, Title Transfer, and Plate Fees.

Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. These states have no sales tax. New Mexico has no sales tax on vehicles.

Non-Reciprocal States: 

Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Dakota and West Virginia.

Non-reciprocal states impose a use tax even though the sales tax was paid in another state. To avoid double taxation, vehicles to be titled and registered in these states are exempt from Michigan sales tax.
