  We provide free shuttle service from Denver
  International Airport and Centennial Airport. DIA is about a 45-minute, while
  Centennial is about 15 minutes. Both subject to time of day and traffic conditions.

  Colorado residents pay 2.90% state sales tax, as
  well as any other applicable state and/or local taxes. Out of state buyers may
  register and title their vehicles in their home state (same as driver license),
  however all fees are collected by John Elway Chevrolet and forwarded to buyers
  home state tax and registration agencies.
• 
  All sales are subjected to a flat $499.00
  Documentation Fee.
• 
  Buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated
  with shipping vehicle. John Elway Chevrolet can help facilitate shipping
  worldwide at discounted rates, please ask for details.
• 
  All John Elway Chevrolet vehicles are pre-owned
  and sold in “AS-IS” condition. However, most vehicles have remainder of factory
  warranty, or qualify for an extended service contract that may be purchased at
  an additional cost to buyer. Ask associate for details.
• 
  Buyer receives copies of all paperwork
  pertaining to transaction; any after sale work must be in writing and signed by
  a John Elway representative. NO VERBAL PROMISES OR GUARANTEES.

  A $500.00 REFUNDABLE deposit will hold a vehicle
  for 24 hours in order for customer to attain funds or financing. After 24 hours
  deposit WILL automatically be returned and vehicle will be available for sale
  to the public.

  eBay Motors Customers must establish contact
  with a John Elway associate within 24 hours of auction end or the transaction
  will be voided.
• 
  Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more
  than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
• 
  Miles posted in listing may vary slightly due to
  test-driving, road testing, or in-transit shipping.
• 
  All parties agree in relation to any transaction
  involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be
  in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
• 
  John Elway accepts PayPal or any major credit
  card over the phone for deposits only. Final payment must be made in the form
  of Cash in person, Cashier’s Check, or Bank Financing.
• 
  Not all vehicles were acquired with a second set
  of keys or owner’s manuals. We don’t provide them if they didn’t come with the
  vehicle upon delivery to John Elway Chevrolet. Our photos will show any
  additional keys and manuals if available for the vehicle.
• 
  John Elway provides a 60-day, unlimited mileage
  limited warranty on most vehicles, excludes exotic makes and models. Powertrain.  See dealer for full details.

  All eBay auctions are subject to sale outside of
  eBay. Contact a member of our team to place a refundable deposit on a vehicle
  to hold it for 24 hours

At John Elway Chevrolet we try to make the car-buying
experience as simple as possible. To make sure you have the time you need to
look at your car, we offer a $500
Fully-Refundable Deposit to place the vehicle on hold for 24-hours. If you
decide the car isn’t the one for you, we simply refund all the money
automatically 24-hours after the deposit has been made and don’t require you to
complete the sale.
