According to his report there were 24,351 automatic units sold in 1969. This car is number 12 of 496 in VIN sequence of all 383-4BBL Road Runner 2 door Hardtops from the St. Louis plant. It is nicely equipped with air conditioning, Rally suspension, performance hood treatment, Torqueflite automatic transmission, power steering, heavy duty brakes, 383 V-8 motor, Sure Grip differential, 3.23 gears, and dual exhaust. The front brakes were converted to disc when this car was restored. The body is super slick and the paint is very nice. All of the trim, chrome, and glass are in terrific shape and show very well. The Vinyl roof is correct in color and texture and is brand new. The triple white color combination is very classy. The chrome Magnum 500 wheels have red line radials, an upgrader from the original road wheels. The immaculate bench seat interior is in excellent condition with correct fabrics, padded dash, horizontal instrument cluster, 120 MPH speedometer, and seat belts. The Road Runner décor package (code A87) is in tact with the rear arm rest, deluxe steering wheel, bright door trim, and custom quality vinyl bench seat. The chrome tail pipe extension are correct for this year and look fantastic. The motor, trunk, and interior are nicely detailed and look ready for cruise night. We have the original window sticker and broadcast sheet also. This is an outstanding, quality Road Runner that fits the Mopar or No Car line of thinking.
