Maryland State Inspection:

SALES TAX:

MD sales tax is 6% and is only charged for customers registering in MD. Customers who are not registering their vehicle in MD will not pay any MD state tax. If you are registering in another state you will be responsible for your own state sales tax. If you prefer, we can handle the tax, tag and title work for most of the states in the U.S. Cash buyers, may be required to take care of their own tax and tag work. There will be a $200 processing fee on all vehicles sold. Registration and title will vary dependant on state. We will gladly send you the exact figures up front.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Initiating a Buynow or bidding on an auction listing obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract. If you are the high bidder, we expect you to fulfill your commitment to purchase. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville reserves the right to cancel any bids and close an auction early in the event that it is no longer available. We cannot hold a vehicle for eBay only until the reserve has been met. We often will end the auction early to the highest bidder once the reserve has been met. We make every effort to end a listing when a vehicle is sold locally however in some rare cases a vehicle may be sold locally and not available. A full refund will be issued in this case for any deposit made.

Deposit:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment:  

Buyers needs to contact Daniel Muth by phone or email within 2 business days to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Buyer/Winning bidder agrees to pay balance due within 7 business days of auction close. We will consider exceptions depending on the situation. We are flexible with funding options to include certified checks, cashiers check, certified funds, 3rd party financing, or financing secure through our Financing department (inquire about getting a pre-approval). All funds must be in U.S. Currency. Please call or email us with any questions regarding financing of this vehicle.

Mileage may vary due to onsite test drives. Please contact us to inquire about the exact mileage.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Pre-owned Vehicles Only)

Yes, we welcome international buyer's and are happy to assist in the purchase process. We can and will only sell pre-owned vehicles to non-U.S. buyers. We are not required to collect any MD state tax. We have drivers on hand that can deliver the vehicle to a Port in Baltimore Maryland or Norfolk Virginia for $300. We can also have it driven to Exporters/Ports in New Jersey for $500. Any other ports, please call me to work out details. We payoff any liens when we trade a vehicle. Therefore our vehicles are clear titles free of all liens. We usually will have the title in hand before advertising but because we deal with U.S. customers typically, we don't always have the title in hand. Vehicle Condition 

We do our very best at disclosing any cosmetic or mechanical wear and tear. Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect, expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear. You have the right to come in and inspected the vehicle at the dealership.

All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. If there is a warranty offered on the vehicle.  All repairs must be made at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram.
