I just completed a transaction on a used car with Frank Leta Acura. The sales associate was very transparent with regards to relaying the vehicle history, and in explaining Frank Leta’s overhead costs -- which figure into the sticker price. Afterwards, they were more than fair with regards to negotiations. I walked in with loads of research and strong local price comps, all of which proved unnecessary. We quickly agreed on a fair price, and I walked away feeling like both sides got a very good deal. For purchasers, it is very useful that Frank Leta offers Car Fax reports for each of the cars in inventory. Though it costs Frank Leta money, it helps the purchaser arrive informed. Also, unlike other used car dealerships that I have dealt with, which ask you to drive away in an "as-is" vehicle, Frank Leta provides a 3 mo. /3,000 mile drivetrain warranty that is built into the sticker price. Both Car Fax and the included warranty are great business investments, and I appreciate their low-overhead business model, which keeps prices down. A final example of good customer service: I had a power steering leak on my car a week after the sale was finalized. Frank Leta fixed the car at no cost to me. And, they gave me a free loaner car while mine was being fixed. It is this kind of service and attention to detail that has no doubt earned them their genuine good reviews.

I wanted to step up from my Honda Accord to lease a 2013 TL. This was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I was very happy that they had so many vehicles in inventory - I was able to find exactly what I wanted and take ownership right away. Love the car and the experience was wonderful.

My sales associate even came by to pick me up from my apartment to take me to my job to get some information needed. I know I put them through hell but they were patient and sincere. The staff and service at Frank Leta Acura is amazing. I only wish I had found these guys sooner! Being a young college student with little credit means a big hassle trying to finance a vehicle. I looked around for months but no dealerships or banks would help me. I went to the massive car sale at the South County Mall and there I met my sales guy. He is prettty much the best ever! He was able to get me into a nice car, with decent miles. The interest rate is very reasonable and I was able to obtain a two year warranty. My sales guy, as well as his other team members rock. I purchased my used TL from here 2 years ago, & brought my car here every time for maintenance. By far the best service, they deserve the 5 star rating they have! I was treated very well in terms of sales, & honesty exudes from every facet of their service department. They have told me twice now my brakes don't need replacing when I come in asking if they need a change. They won't do work on your car if it don't need it, they are very honest. I can't see me buying a car anywhere else after this experience!

All shipping arrangements are provided by Frank Leta Acura as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Frank Leta Acura.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Frank Leta Acura will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Frank Leta Acura by e-mail or phone
       636-336-6280 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
    4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
