Receiving Your Vehicle

The Buyer is responsible fort the pickup of the vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you.

We maintain high standards of excellence and strive for 100% customer satisfaction!  Positive Feedback is very important to us and also request that you contact us immediately before you give me neutral or negative Feedback, so that we can satisfactorily address your concerns. It is impossible to address issues if I do not know about them so please allow us the chance to right any wrongs. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this action early and sell this vehicle at any time if the reserve has not been met or the action has ended. Seller reserves right to end auction. The winning bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder for the balance is due within 3 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. All vehicles are sold free and clean with NO LIENS. Autocheck will show when a lien is issued but then never show when a lien is satisfied.  A LICENSED DEALER CANNOT SELL A VEHICLE IF IT HAS A LIEN ON IT.
