Funds & Financing:

Successful high bidder/buyer will need to submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit. Should you need more time, please notify us immediately. Remaining balance may be paid off by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller, or loan check. Auto Source Unlimited, LLC can arrange financing, please contact us first.  

Buyers Inspection & Pre-Delivery Inspection:

We strive to accurately describe and represent every vehicle to the best of our ability. We invite and recommend that the buyer(s) or buyer’s agent to personally inspect the vehicle being sold. The buyer(s) may also at his or her own expense and with the approval of the dealer, have the vehicle inspected by an independent third party either on or off the premises. All inspections must be done prior to the sale of a vehicle.

Representations and Warranties made by seller:

This vehicle is being sold "as is" unless stated otherwise in the vehicle description. This provision does not affect any warranty covering the vehicle that the vehicle manufacturer may provide. The buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that may presently exist or that may occur in the vehicle. Auto Source Unlimited shall not have any responsibility for consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or unfitness or other deficiency of this vehicle. Auto Source Unlimited makes no representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories

Taxes and Registration Fees:

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Fees for taxes and tag are not included in the price. There may also be a document processing charge for which the buyer will be responsible. The winning buyer will be liable for a $65 document fee. California residents are liable for a $50 SMOG fee.

Title Information:

We hold title in hand to most of our vehicles. In the event that a vehicles title may be held by a bank or lender as collateral, there may be a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. As we stated above, while we usually have all titles in our possession, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Auto Source Unlimited may help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Auto Source Unlimited, LLC. Full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Auto Source Unlimited will contact the winning buyer by e-mail after the listing ends or offer is accepted. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. There is a $500 deposit required within 24 hours. Failure to provide deposit within 24 hours will be consider breach of contract. The remaining balance will be due within 7 days of auction end either by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Auto Source Unlimited, LLC, or loan check. 

All advertised prices exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any emission testing charge, and dealer document processing charges. There is a $495 dealer fee for arranging financing. If you arrange your own financing or pay in cash, no dealer fee will be charged.
