Taxes and Fees

Texas Customers:
Texas buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees for both new and pre-owned vehicles. All purchases will require buyer to pay $100 documentation fee and Dealer Inventory Tax.

Out of State Customers: Out of state buyers who purchase a pre-owned vehicle have the option to pay state and local taxes, title, and registration fees for their place of registration ($165 charge), or sign a Texas Motor Vehicle Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Documentation fee of $100 and Dealer Inventory Tax will be paid by all buyers.

Out of state buyers purchasing new vehicles will be required to pay state and local taxes, title, and registration fees for the vehicles place of registration. A $165 charge will be collected from buyer to cover the cost of DMV program that is required to properly register the vehicle.
