    - we reserve the right to stop this auction at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms and conditions apply to sale.

     

    - Vehicle mileage may differ from listed miles on auction due to test drives by qualified buyers, Please contact us if this is a concern to you and would like an update before you Bid and or Buy it now.

     

    - The winning bidder/buyer will submit a $500 non-refundable payment to secure the vehicle within 3 days of the close of the auction. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance and all applicable fees and taxes within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the delivery/release of the vehicle.

    Payment methods- All Payment methods can be either or, Bank Wire, Cash In Hand, Cashier's Check/Money Order and or Personal Check and the vehicle will be released when method  of payment is cleared and we have obtained the funds.

     

    All Florida residents will be responsible for all state county city taxes and fees as well as all tag title/registration fees. All out of state buyers will be responsible for all state county city taxes and fees as well as all tag title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

     

    If the vehicle is purchased out of state and or needs to be delivered we can arrange delivery of the vehicle to you at cost of buyer.
