Successful Bidder

The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales.

Winning bidder must contact me within 36 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), cashier???s check or money order only within 3 days of auctions end. You may also call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Seller ships ONLY to the 48 states unless arrangements are agreed on prior to the end of the auction. Pick up at your convenience.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

We sell our vehicles as pre-owned AS-IS unless otherwise stated in our auctions. We do our best to describe the condition as we see it. If you have questions with regard to the condition please email me prior to bidding. I reserve the right to end this auction early since this vehicle is advertised locally.

Just a reminder..... Pre Owned Vehicles will not be perfect and there will most likely be some small scratches, a minor ding and possible a minor scuff mark. Any blemishes we find will have a picture below. There are moments where the blemish is so small or minor that they are not able to be seen in the photos.
