DEPOSIT : We require a deposit in the amount of $500 within 24 hours of auction clause. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless we have not correctly described the vehicle.

 

PAYMENT : Full payment is required within 3 days of auction close. Full payment can be made via cashier's check, loan check or cash in person.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES : We charge a $299.00 procesing fee on all transactions.

 

TAXES : We do not collect nor charge you taxes unless the vehicle is registered in the state of virginia. Out of state buyer are responsible for all taxes and registration fees.

 

MILEAGE : The mileage listed on the vehicle is accurate at the time of listing. Some vehicles will have small amounts of additional mileage due to test drives.

 

INSPECTION : You are more than welcome to have a third party inspect the vehicle before puschase.

 

SHIPPING : Shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

 

WARANTY : The vehicle is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied.

 

FINANCING : You must have your own financing arranged prior to bidding. We DON'T DO any in-house financing like buy here pay here.

 

TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATES : We provide you a 30 day temporary plate to drive your new vehicle home with at no additional cost.

 

AIRPORT PICKUP : We offer airport pick up if you fly to Norfolk international airport.

 

TITLES : We mail your vehicle title within 10 business days of final payment. It is sent by certified USPS MAIL, which you must sign for. IMPORTANT NOTE : if you choose to have you vehicle shipped, we will mail you all the paperwork that must be signed. You must sign and return this paperwork before the vehicle title will be released and the vehicle is released to the shipping company.
