You are looking at a 1969 JAGUAR XKE Coupe. Enzo Ferrari called it " The most beautiful car ever made". This beautifully restored classic Jaguar was part of a collection of a real motoring disciple. His vast collection of classic cars represents some of the best cars of any collection. He has reluctantly decided to sell some of them and we were lucky enough to be the entity he chose to sell them to. This car is pristine and was on the front cover of Hemmings Sports & Exotics Car magazine of February 2008. It is in mint show winner condition. This car is a true gem, and the photos are certainly the proof to back up that claim. If you are a true collector or someone who wants to begin a collection, this car would make the perfect acquisition. A car of this quality and history could sell for over $50,000.00 but we have set the reserve at a reasonable figure. We want this car to find a good home and we want the new owner to drive it and enjoy it as it's previous owner has for the past many years. INSPECTIONS: WE REPEAT THIS MANY TIMES-BUT IT IS SO VERY IMPORTANT
VINTAGE VALUE GROUP will always try to present as much information and details about the items for sale on this site. We provide high resolution photos, videos and other product information on this site, however, we strongly recommend that you inspect or arrange for an inspection by a service company or your own representative. Nothing replaces EYES ON for accuracy and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you and your request for an inspection. All inspections MUST be done during the auction unless otherwise agreed to by VINTAGE VALUE GROUP, and are done by appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your planned inspection date. Our inspection site is equipped with a full service lift and proper lighting for your inspection. If you choose not to perform an inspection, it does not relieve you of the auction terms of sale. You can email or call our office to set up and inspection: Office: 845-217-0625. All of our cars are located in the Ulster County area of New York. Cars will not be driven to an inspections site, all inspections must be carried out at our locations ONLY. You may bring with you any expert or professional personnel you wish at the time of the inspection, but cars will not be "dismantled" for your inspection. If the inspection is to be done at our shop then we can provide a mechanic for a period of one hour free of charge to help answer any technical questions you may have at that time. Inspection time must not exceed 90 minutes unless agreed to by us. Photographs are not allowed during the inspection, however, if a particular area is available(photos) in our data base then we will print it for you at our location. A Vintage Value Group staff member will always be present at the time of inspection to assist with any questions you may have.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING (your responsibility but we can help)
It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for pick up and/or shipping. It will not be shipped by VINTAGE VALUE GROUP. However, VINTAGE VALUE GROUP will assist you in any and every way we can. Please do not ask us for shipping quotes: we are not shippers and we do the same research that you can do to get a quote from a carrier. We are happy to assist you with this information but we are not bound by any referrals we make in our attempt to help you. Any and all shipping/delivery agreements are strictly between you and the selected carrier/organization. Shipping and pickup arrangements must be made within 15 calendar days after receipt and clearance of full payment. Any days over this period are subject to a daily storage fee of $50.00 at the sole discretion of VINTAGE VALUE GROUP. We sell classic and vintage vehicles, though they are functional and operational we strongly advise against "riding the new car back to my home state". That is not a good idea and we advise against it. However, that is your choice and if you plan to pick up your purchase and drive it back over long distances to your destination: we are not liable for any event that may develop as a result of this decision. All pick ups and/or deliveries are FOB our location-There are no exceptions.

PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of Sale: All deposits can be in the form of USPS money order or Bank Check, or via Pay Pal. We also can accept all major credit cards-FOR DEPOSITS ONLY. Final payment is required within the timetable posted on the auction site(NO EXCEPTIONS). Any vehicle inspections MUST be made during the auction. Once the auction is completed and you are the winner, YOU OWN THIS VEHICLE. PayPal & Money orders are not acceptable forms for full(final) payment, this must be in the form of a Bank Check or Wired Bank-to-Bank funds. Please make checks payable to VINTAGE VALUE GROUP. Vehicle and legal documents for transfer of the vehicle will not be released until full payment is received and the funds cleared. Please note FedEx, DHL & UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; so we suggest you use United States Postal Services(USPS) for any PO Box adresses. Mail payments to: VINTAGE VALUE GROUP, 1089 ROUTE 212, SAUGERTIES NY 12477. If you select to use wired funds(for final payment) then please contact us by email so we can send you our banking credentials. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH under any conditions for either deposit or final payment. We expect you to honor your agreements and promises as we do ours to you, and this will be a pleasant experience for all concerned.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

However, from time to time there may be slight inaccuracies communicated. Once your deposit has been received, you will be emailed the pickup information including the street address for the property. A copy of any applicable vehicle documents including a formal bid winner notification will be emailed to you. Once full payment has been received the original vehicle documents along with a formal Bill of Sale will be express mailed to you. For your protection, the actual pickup by your carrier must be authorized with a formal release by email or letter, and the event will be photo-documented and sent to you as conformation along with the Bill of Lading and Delivery Receipt signed by your carrier. It is required that we are advised a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your pickup date so the vehicle can be made ready for the carrier. All vehicles presented by VINTAGE VALUE GROUP are sold as is. VINTAGE VALUE GROUP provides a thorough service to verify the data and performance of all vehicles presented for sale/auction. However, we strongly recommend that bidders/buyers should have the vehicles inspected by a qualified service or individual before the closing of the transaction. Once the sale or auction is closed, the sale/auction is final and these Terms of Sale become a final contract instrument between you and VINTAGE VALUE GROUP. VINTAGE VALUE GROUP offers no warranty or guarantee outside of the features listed on each auction/advertisement page.
