This vehicle is being sold with a full factory warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles and a limited 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction, money order, or cashier’s  check, sent via overnight express mail After that, full payment needs to have been received within the next five business days of the close of auction. In other words, full payment balance after deposit is due 5 business days after the auction close date, and must be paid via cash (in person only for cash), cashier’s check, prearranged financing or money order.  We do collect sales tax, smog fees and doc fees   for all California buyers   we then provide you with temporary registration in the window so you can legally drive the vehicle until your title and license plates arrive in the mail. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Miles as shown on odometer and are  guaranteed as actual. All Sales are final and “AS IS”. We do offer contract cancellation options per California law, Should you decide to purchase this option and decide to bring this car back you will receive a full refund less the restocking fee and cancellation option purchase price. The state requires that if you're out of state and plan on coming here to pick up the vehicle, you need to know that California law REQUIRES a one way trip permit to take the vehicle and leave the state.
