    Description

    1963 LINCOLN CONTINENTAL

    Washington State

If you are loking for a very restored 1963 Lincoln Continental then this is a an excellent option. This car was bought in original condition in Kansas City in '04. She was then given a 2 year restoration by www . suburbanrods . com in Shawnee Kansas. Take a look at their website they are still in business (always a good sign) and have some real fine cars.

The body was completly bead blasted with only minor ding and dent repair needed.  She was bought with the purpose of a full restoration and needed to be a very restorable example. The paint is in a 1997 Porsche 911 Slade Grey color and really pops. The trunk lid as everyone knows is the weakest point on any Lincoln ever made between 61 and 65. There was only minor rust on this one.The floors trunk and body are just excellent. They look new. Like 99% of the car.

The interior has been completly redone in the original color from carpet to dash to the door panels with real Ostrich inserts. The interior chrome is in gorgeous condition. The seats were redone in a very high grade soft vinyl to keep from cracking in the coming years and look and feel so very plush. The dash was also redied and looks excellent.

The original 430 and the 3 speed turbo-drive transmission were completely torn apart and rebuilt at quite the cost. Brought all the way down to the block and rebuilt to stock specs. She has ceramic coated manifolds and ZERO MANIFOLD ISSUES. All new brakes at time of restoration. Front end completly redone as well.

She has the first Air Ride system made by Air Ride Technolgies for Lincolns and she can be way dropped or semi Donk (stop it) if you go 2 wheelin. She sits on a sweet set of Budnik wheels and has a Flame Thrower exhaust system on a switch in the trunk.

Bottom line this is a very clean and well restored '63 Lincoln with years of life left to give. The gentleman who did all the work drove her sparigly for a about 4 years and then she was stored away.....in a nice garage.

    Serious Keeper.
