No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

General Terms

This vehicle is also being offered for sale outside of eBay, and should a sale agreement be made we reserve the right to withdraw or end the listing at any time.

Purchaser must contact us within 24 hours of purchase and make arrangements for payment and delivery. Terms of Deposit and Payment of Balance Due under our payment terms apply. If we have not received contact within 24 hours of purchasing we reserve the right to relist the vehicle on EBay or further advertise the vehicle, and sell it otherwise.

Payment Terms

·         Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, cashier checks, and wire transfer. We don’t accept checks OF over $29,900. We don’t accept checks from out of state, foreign banks, or temporary checks. All checks, cashier checks, and wire transfer should have the name of the person purchasing the vehicle on them.

·         A vehicle will remain available for sale until a minimum deposit of $500.00 is collected on cars under $29,900. Please contact us for the deposit amount on any car more than $29,900.

·         The final payment of the remaining amount is due within 48 hours after the initial deposit.

·         A vehicle will get released after the check or cashier check has been cleared, it can take more than 7 days for a check or cashier check to get cleared. (preferred payment method is wire transfer)

·         Deposit refund: Deposits are refundable if the customer contacts us to cancel via an email within 48 hours from the initial date of the deposit. If the full payment is not made nor did the customer send the cancelation email within 48 hours, they will lose their deposit and the vehicle will become available.

Shipping Terms

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are happy to assist in arranging shipping as a value added service only. Call us at 305-694-0000 for a current quote/estimate from our location to yours. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the shipper has signed for the vehicle. We are NOT the shipping company. Shipping companies are independent of our dealership. We subscribe to a central service which allows us to make your shipment available for several thousand shippers. If the route matches theirs, they call us and request the load. We check their feedback as recorded on the central service and verify their cargo insurance as well as make inquiry as to their estimated pickup & delivery time. Delays happen and are often uncontrollable and some shippers prove to be more communicative than others. For the most part, though, it is a relatively smooth process and we will do our best to walk you thru the process.

If you choose to arrange your own shipping, note that for sales tax purposes we require a copy of the Bill of Lading from your shipping company before the vehicle is picked up.
