Up for auction is a 2002 Land Rover Discovery II recently donated to a national charitable organization (501c3) NPO and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

This Land Rover is equipped with a 4.6 Liter V8 gas engine and automatic transmission.

THE VEHICLE RUNS AND DRIVES

The vehicle has 212,052 miles .It’s very well equipped. The Leather seats appear to be in Fair condition, although a good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the car is Blue  and appears to be in Fair condition with some deep scratches. The tires appear to be good with 50% plus road life left.

INFORMATION CONCERNING SMOG CERTIFICATION:

If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 60.00 fee assessed to your total amount.

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.

A: Yes, the vehicle will only be released to your authorized transporter, for added security we require an email from you authorizing your transporter to pick up your vehicle; the vehicle will not be released without proper authorization. We will photograph or video the pick up to make sure your transporter is taking the utmost care when transporting your vehicle.

Q:Can you assist me with my international transport?

A: Yes we can, as we have over 15 years experience in international vehicle transactions and transportation, we can help expedite the entire process by providing your transporter or shipping agent with the proper documentation for export.
