Calling all Range Rover lovers! Rare, gorgeous, 1991 Range Rover County SE – It’s a classic! And it’s for sale! The engine boasts a 3.9L V8 AWD 4 Speed Automatic. This was the top of the line model in 1991 and only model available in Beluga Black.

 

We found her online at a dealership outside of Seattle and feel in love immediately.  It’s been two years since we had her shipped out to us and she’s been our daily driver since that day.  Sadly, due to new jobs and distances we have to pass her on to a new owner.

 

Looks, sounds, and drives extremely well.  Remember this is definitely a truck that can handle pretty much anything you put her through (so much fun in trails, mud, and snow). She was meticulously cared for from day one and all work done by a certified, local Chicago shop (fluids, changes, tune ups, and lots of new/upgraded parts). If you’re looking at this sale posting then I’m sure you’ve already (or you will) fall in love with this Range Rover Classic like we did.  I have attempted to list everything I could think of regarding interior, exterior, engine, what’s new and fairly new – also what could use fixing.  Two things that are ubiquitous/very common with classic Rovers is a sagging headliner and cruise control that doesn’t work.  We were quoted around $250 for a new headliner (or do it yourself!) but it never really bothered us so we never got it fixed. Same with the cruise control – never bothered us and cruise on a beast like this…? Who needs it! Let me know if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to answer!

*Burled Walnut and Sorrell Brown (tan) leather interior - leather is without scuffs, tears.

*NEW JVC head-unit with single CD player & NEW Kenwood 4.5” speakers in front doors

*Original Premium Pioneer 6 disc CD changer and A/D/S amp and subwoofer with bass level control within reach to the right of headunit (we disconnected the changer and subwoofer but again, easy fix)

*Full spare tire/all original jack/tools etc in back

*Range Rover floor mats included (two front and one long back – all say Range Rover – missing in the photos but in great shape)

*Coil suspension that provides a stiff yet comfy ride (no need to mess with the tricky air suspension)

241k miles + maintenance records + clean car fax report.   As all older cars, this Rover is sold AS IS (meaning obviously no warranty).

 

Buyers:  Please send deposit of $500 within 24 hours of successful bid (paypal preferred).  The balance should be paid in full within 7-10 days.  You are responsible for shipping/transport  though I have used 1^st Class Transport in the past and they were great (DAS works too – just no personal experience with them).
