We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 HOURS of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

There is a ONE time charge of $289.00 documentation fee (THIS IS
NON REFUNDABLE
REGUARDLESS OF THE COMPLETION OF SALE OR NOT, IT WILL BE
DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT) and
0.03% business tax ($3 per every $1000). TN residents ONLY pay
sales tax. We provide a 30 day
temporary drive out tag for in state and out of state buyers.
Title processing (in some cases)
may take up to 30 days. *Deposit is non-refundable if there are
any financing, family or if the
transaction is not completed within 7 days. If the full payment
is not received within 7 days, you
will be charged $449.00 Documentation fee no exception. By
placing a bid on this vehicle, you
are obligated to complete
this transaction to our satisfaction or be subject to a charge
of $1,000 in addition to your
deposit. Non-payer information will be forward to a collection
agency for further actions. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

3rd party inspection. We can also provide Full Bumper to Bumper warranty for most types of

because past history tells us that they are one of only a few companies that stand behind their

This contract will be governed by the law of State of Tennessee. The parties hereto submit to jurisdiction in Wilson County, Tennessee. All actions brought pursuant to this contract shall be brought in Wilson County, Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
