We had a very good experience with both our internet salesman and our dealership salesman. The salesman spent a lot of time with us (and out in the cold) to make sure we bought the car we wanted, an Accord EX-L, at a good price. We appreciated his explanation and demonstration of the car's main

technology features before we drove it home. We left the next morning for a 4 day trip to the Atlanta area and truly enjoyed the experience of driving this classy car.

wow! I never knew buying a new car could be so easy and painless! I was somewhat dreading the whole event because of prior experiences....but then we met our sales associate! For one, they must have the patience of a saint, because I am the shopper who likes to look at everything and then make my decision (unlike my husband who sucks the fun right out of it by seeing - liking - buying). The sales associate was totally accommodating to everything - our schedule, our questions, our 2 kids that were with us...my anxiety. I think I actually had 'fun' buying a new car! who knew?? I may have to do this again :o) I can't say enough great things about our sales associate and would totally recommend them and the 'car-buying-pleasure' they provide. Got the best deals on 3 Honda purchases at Frank Leta, and for the past 12 years, have received the best service on those cars. Besides being honest and always working with me to save me money on repairs, I love the fact that their waiting area has wi-fi, and complimentary sweet rolls, coffee, popcorn,

and soda. Whenever I've had to wait on an ordered part they've provided me with a free loaner car, and recently my service adviser saved me over $3,000 on a warranty item that was 7 days past the covered term. Frank Leta Honda has earned my loyalty for as long as I continued to drive and buy cars.
