Please do not waste your money on an eBay AutoCheck, it shows 3 owners and no accidents.

I buy and sell 4X4 oil industry fleet trucks and ship them all over the world. Sometimes I am able to get my hands on something I appreciate like this FZJ80 Land Cruiser Wagon. I have owned Land Cruisers for 30 years, they are built like a battleship, are great off road vehicles and extremely popular here in the high mountains of Colorado. This wagon was traded in at a New Mexico used car lot, the guys over there know I love these vehicles and called me. This cruiser shows all the signs of having had excellent maintenance, was adult owned, from what I have been told it was a grocery getter and I believe it. If you are local and a real buyer (please don't waste my time) I urge you to inspect this Toyota in person, you will want it, make me a reasonable offer and you will own it.

Please read all of the ad below before you call me with questions or make on offer. As for questions, I'll always give you blunt, candid answers, I am happy to photograph anything you would like to see closer as time allows. I reserve the right to end this auction at anytime without warning as this Land Cruiser is for sale locally.

The Good Stuff:

This is a super clean, super tight, rattle free Land Cruiser, though it is 20 years old I would not hesitate to jump in and drive this battle wagon anywhere on a minutes notice. Has a very strong (near silent, no smoke, no leaks) running engine, automatic transmission, 4x4, cold AC, front/rear heater, is super clean inside and out, tilt wheel, power window-locks, zero rust, cruise, tint, excellent Big O AT tires with about 90% tread on factory alloy wheels, has recent synthetic oil-filter change, new Toyota washable air filter etc. I had my mechanic go through it, he installed a new rear axle seal, new air intake hose etc, but over all it passed his inspection with flying colors. I just had it professionally detailed inside, the cloth interior (non smoking) is awesome, it needs nothing, just turn the key, point it and go.

Has a full one piece ARB bull bar bumper and grill guard with KC off road lights (KCs not wired)

Has a complete Old Man Emu Suspension w/shocks/steering stabilzer

Equipped with a functional Safari Snorkel

Roof rack mounted on Yakima cross bars, shovel mount, includes a pair of Yakima ski racks (not pictured)

Custom Sony CD stereo system, speakers in all 4 doors, Alumapro module under hood and a bass box in the rear cargo area

Has an after market alarm and keyless lock system (I haven't played with it)

Husky Liner floor mats front and rear

Has a big class III receiver hitch in rear (my pintle hitch is not included)

The Not So Good Stuff:

This FZJ80 is 20 years old so there are some negative things to be expected. I am being very "nit-picky" about little stuff because I value my feedback and reputation. I had a big tree blow over a few days ago, the trunk missed by less than 2 feet but a branch hit the top of the driver's side fender leaving a small dent/mark (see photos) There is a small ding below the rear window (see photos) The driver's side mirror vibrates at high speed. Like almost every 80 series I have owned, the interior cover is missing on the sunroof. There are some very small flaws here and there in the cloth seats but overall they are in fantastic condition for their age (see photos) The windows are a little slow up and down when its cold. Like almost every 80 series cruiser I have owned this one has a check engine light that comes and goes, does not affect drivability. I will try to have it diagnosed as time allows but these old cruisers do not have an OBD plug under the dash. Aside from the above list and some overall age related normal used car type scuff, scratches, ding stuff this is great running/driving Land Cruiser and will make someone very happy to own it.

Shipping: I have shipped trucks all over the world, have connections in the auto transport industry and have the ability to arrange wholesale shipping anywhere in the USA but the cost is entirely yours. For example, I just shipped a Jeep Cherokee to Michigan for $650 and another to Wisconsin for $600, figure approx .55-.65 a mile. I can ship this rig from Durango to Denver for $200, contact me for quotes anywhere else.
