By placing a winning bid, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase. Winning bid becomes the binding sale price. (Excluding tax, tags, or documentation fees) Winner must provide a $1,500.00 minimum deposit within 24 hours of auction end. Balance of sale price expected within seven (5) working days of auction end. Balance due accepted in cash, cashier’s check, loan check and personal check (once cleared). If you bid on a vehicle that you do not wish to purchase, you will be required to pay a $200 reimbursement fee to relist the vehicle.

TO INSTILL BUYER CONFIDENCE, ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND TEST DRIVE AND WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO SO! You are also welcome to use an independent inspection service if you wish.
