Up for sale we have a 1966 Chevy Impala SS clone. The ’66 Impala was the 2nd year for the 4th Generation Impala and it was the first year for the 396 engine. The one we have for you is super slick and is an absolute pleasure to drive. It sports a ton of eye appeal and is detailed top to bottom In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Impala. When you look down the sides of you can see it’s laser straight with good lines and great fit of all the panels. Everything is covered in the Artesian Turquoise Paint that is super slick and has been buffed and polished to a deep rich shine. The bumpers look new as well as some of the other chrome. All the stainless looks very good as well as the glass. It has had new weather stripping and seals installed. The final exterior touch is the set of 17” American Racing Wheels with new Tires.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the ’66. It’s all done in classic black and provides a nice complement to the exterior scheme that pulls the two together nicely. This Impala has the correct bench seat and all the insides look new from the carpet to the headliner. Even the stainless around the headliner has been polished. When you look at the dash it looks as it did in ’66. This is a radio delte and the shifter has been upgraded to a Locar Floor Mount.

Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it’s powered by a 396 V8 that is mated to a Turbo Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear End. The engine is dressed with an Aluminum Intake with an Edelbrock Carb. Also it has chrome valve covers and breather. It retains the stock manifolds with dual exhaust. To keep it cool it has an upgraded Aluminum Radiator and comes with Power Steering. When you look at the bottom of this Impala it is killer with good floor pans and frame.
