When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. You have already decided on the price you would like to pay for this vehicle based on the description, autocheck link and pictures listed above. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. We reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction.
