Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder agrees to make full payment arrangements within 72 hours of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle will occur (either in person of via shipper service). You are required to handle and pay taxes in your own state for this vehicle.

Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), Certified bank check, EFT - Electronic bank transfers. If payment remitted is a cashiers check or funds wired into my account, buyer will have to wait for funds to clear before vehicle may be picked up in person or by shipper service. Cash payments will require verification of all funds through my local bank to verify authenticity of the bills (non-counterfeit US currency).

Fees and Taxes:
Bidder/buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

 

  1. Deposit - The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection if this makes you more comfortable with the purchase of the vehicle and will gladly take the vehicle to my local Audi dealership and have them perform an inspection for you (at the bidder/buyers cost).   5. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Bidder/buyer is responsible for arranging all shipping charges. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle has been picked up by the shipping company. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company.
