All deposits must be cleared in one business days from the close of the sale if auction style sale. A $500 Deposit is taken when the "Buy It Now" option is used. The dealership will hold the vehicle for five business days unless other arrangements are made. Vehicles are sold in condition as described and seen in photos. Customers may acquire there own financing or can take advantage of our financing options ( MUST CONTACT US PRIOR IF FINANCING WITH US). Purchaser is responsible for transportation costs of the vehicle and or travel arrangements unless otherwise stated. All sales are final in regards to all applicable state laws.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as title registration fees in the state that vehicle will be registered.
