No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non- refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Failure to do so may cause the vehicle to be sold to the next lowest bidder, re- listed for sale, or sold on location. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance in full(including applicable taxes and fees) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Vehicles will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
