Up for auction is a 1981 Jaguar XJS 4.2 recently donated to a national charitable organization (501c3) NPO and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

This Jaguar is equipped with a 4.2 Liter gas engine and Automatic transmission. The vehicle runs and drives Very Good

The vehicle has 74,429 Autocheck Certified miles .It’s well equipped. The Leather seats appear to be in Poor condition, although a good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the car is Black  and appears to be in Fair condition with rust in multiple areas, some extensive. The tires appear to be good with 50% plus road life left.

If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 60.00 fee assessed to your total amount.

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale.
