According to the Carfax report below, she is $880 above retail book value. This is a desirable vehicle! She has been thoroughly inspected, serviced and is ready to go! The longer wheelbase allows for much more leg room. As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "British Racing Green", exterior shines like the Florida Sun! The paint looks great, might have been previously painted, some touched-up spots, overall, very sharp. The "Oatmeal", leather, interior is in good condition, normal leather wear, looks very clean and nice. This luxury sedan features, power driver and passenger front seats, driver seat memory, 5-speed, automatic, transmission, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, 16" chrome wheels riding on very good condition tires, approx. 97% to the good, stability control(ASC), wood interior trim, spare tire, jack, front air bags, tachometer, rear defogger, rear ventilation ducts, owner's manuals, power sunroof, power windows, locks and mirrors, external temperature display, cruise control, homelink, rear door child locks, cellular phone, CD changer located in rear, fog lights, power tilt and telescopic, leather and wood steering wheel with audio and cruise controls, power antenna, interior trunk release, 4.0L V8 engine, clean Carfax, very low mileage and much more! The air conditioning is ice cold. I have personally driven this "CAT" and I must tell you I was impressed by its smoothness, style and plenty of power when pushed! She has a wonderful, stable ride at speed with tremendous corner grip, quick acceleration powerful braking! The 5-speed, automatic transmission is smooth shiftimg and the engine feels very solid and strong! It was a great test drive. All of our vehicles are sold with clean titles. Our titles are free and clear of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
  
  
• *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
  
  
• A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
  
  
• A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
  
  
• All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations.
