As seen in the pictures down below this 1999 Mercedes CLK320 Power Convertible has sustained frontal damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below.  All airbags are good. We could not get the car started. There is some sort of an electrical short or bad ground hence no power comes to the car when a jump box is used at the battery which is usually dead on these cars. It did however seem to power and start at some point since the salvage auction (where we acquire such cars) had it running at some point and it was sold as a run/drive vehicle. We have posted down below a photo of the digital cluster showing the mileage, this photo was taken by the salvage auction at some point right after the accident. We noticed some wires cut under the hood which might be related to the problem. The engine is not damaged from the accident and still has oil. All airbags good. Soft top in good condition. Other areas of the exterior in good condition with minor scuff marks. Overall paint still has the original shine. No signs of any previous paint work. Interior is clean and black leather seats in great condition as seen in the photos. Soft top in good condition. Low mileage Benz, either fix it or use it for parts. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.

We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed). Please check with your local motor vehicle center for the exact procedures and rules/regulations.
