We can arrange a discounted shuttle service to and from Houston Bush (airport code IAH) and Houston Hobby (airport code HOU).  Please fly into Houston Hobby when possible, as it is only 20 minutes from downtown.

All sales are subject to a flat $291 Quick-Ecomerce Charge (This is not a State Required Fee, a $39.75 State Inspection Fee (if you are a state of Texas resident), a $50 documentary charge (this is not a State Required Fee) and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) based on 0.002108% percent of the purchase price.  (The Quick Fee is dealer imposed fee, not a fee imposed by the State of Texas).  - THE NON STATE REQUIRED FEES CAN BE WAIVED UPON REQUEST AND APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT.  

Are Documentary Charge and Quick-Ecomerce Charge are not required by law and are collected by Lone Star Motot Cars L.L.C. 

Texas residents pay a 6.25% sale tax and registration / inspection fees. Also Texas residents are subject to a 1% or 2% State required diesel emmissions fee. Out-of-State buyers must register and pay applicable taxes and registration fees in their home state.

These are pre-owned vehicles and that are sold as "As Is' condition. However, some vehicles may still be under factory warranty.

Vehicles that are older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

All obligations pursuant to this transaction shall be preformed in Houston, Texas.  It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Houston, Texas, Harris County.  Furthermore, by bidding on this vehicle your are entering a "point and click agreement" and are also agreeing to waive litigation and agree to our arbitration agreement, which will be provided at the time of the purchase or can be provided to you by request prior to you entering this "point and click agreement."
