Passed full inspection by our Volvo service department mechanics before it was offered for sale on our lot.

This Volvo is in excellent cosmetic condition with the exception of a light damage to the front bottom bumper. It is a typical damage due to parking to close to a side walk. Exterior and interior are above average condition.

All power and electrical system works inlcuding power windows, power sunroof, air condition, sound system, power seats, heated seats, power mirrors, and power locks. No gauges warning lights.

This 2007 Volvo S60 is a luxurious midsize sedan with comprehensive safety features and many luxurious appointments.

This Volvo drives great, very comfortable and luxurious. I took it for a test drive which included highway and city, well balanced.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

We accept up to $1000 with credit cards.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you.  Margate Lincoln Volvo has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.  Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.  Margate Lincoln Volvo welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
