We do our very best to accurately represent the vehicles we sell.  As with any pre-owned vehicle, there may be minor imperfections that should be expected even if not explicitly stated in the vehicle description. They may need minor refurbishing to bring it to your personal standards. Please do not expect a brand new vehicle. The following are the policies that must be followed for a successful buying experience. If you do not intend to follow these procedures, do not place a bid in our auctions. Personal and business checks are not an accepted form of payment. Full payment must be made within five (7) days after the end of the auction. We give our vehicles a thorough inspection they are inspected by a certified technician to ensure that they are functioning correctly and that they are safe for operating by the new owner. Vehicles sold in New York state are sold with a state inspection which costs $21 that the buyer is responsible to pay for. Our dealership takes care of getting the vehicle inspected for the buyer. Albany International Airport is approximately 45 minutes from our facility. Pickup is available for a $50.00 fee. The HUDSON Amtrak train station is 15 minutes from our facility and pickup is available free of charge
