Buyer's Inspection

Westside Lexus welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Successful Bidder

The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales.

Winning bidder must contact me within 36 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), cashier???s check or money order only within 3 days of auctions end. You may also call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Seller ships ONLY to the 48 states unless arrangements are agreed on prior to the end of the auction. Pick up at your convenience.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

We sell our vehicles as pre-owned AS-IS unless otherwise stated in our auctions. We do our best to describe the condition as we see it.
