HERE ARE THE COSMETIC ISSUES

The Interior shows Very Minimal Wear.  Driver Seat had a rip that has been repaired (you can see it in the picture).  Center Console Door has small rips in vinyl and the hinge is broken but the door opens & stays in place.  Rear Right Tail Light looks like it's been repaired or glue but does not have any cracks.  The power antenna has been replaced with an aftermarket NON-power antenna.  There is some staining on the seats (you can see in the pictures).  The interior has been cleaned & shampooed but still has a little bit of small pet hair (we love our pets).  Lever that opens the trunk from the inside is broken (the lever under the driver seat).

This car is CLEAN INSIDE and OUT especially for the year. Shows normal wear and tear from age but is overall in GREAT CONDITION!  With proper care, this CELICA will Last You Many Years to Come!!  I've seen these with close to 400k miles and running.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY.   AN EBAY AUCTION IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.  PLACING YOUR BID ON THIS AUCTION CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

IF YOUR EBAY FEEDBACK SCORE IS LESS THAN 10, YOU MUST CONTACT ME BY PHONE OR MESSAGE BEFORE PLACING A BID OR IT WILL BE CANCELED.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, the winning bidder MUST contact me within 24 hours of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time.  If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise.

A $200.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Deposit can be made by major credit card, bank wire transfer, cash in person, or PayPal (paypal is accepted for deposit only).  When I accept a deposit, I consider the car sold and tell other potential buyers that it is sold. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 days of the Auction end.

Funds & Financing:

PLEASE CALL BEFORE SENDING ANY FUNDS.  Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by my local bank.  Buyer has 3 days to pay balance.  If I cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days, I reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

Bidders must be able to pay cash or have all loans PRE-APPROVED before placing a bid.  I accept Cash in Person, Bank Wire Transfer (preferred), Major Credit Card (3% service fee added to credit card payments), or Cashiers Check (clearance times on cashier checks vary from each banking facility).  Make sure if you are financing your purchase, that your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle BEFORE bidding.

Buyers Inspection:

I welcome a buyer’s inspection.  I have done my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction and described it as accurately as I can.  Please remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such.  If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending.  Inspection fees, if any, are Buyers responsibility.

Receiving Your Vehicle:

The Buyer is responsible for the pickup of this vehicle within 10 days of auction end (otherwise, $25/day storage fee).  Before vehicle is released to Buyer, all Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller; plus, full payment must be received and cleared by Seller's local bank.

Please call PRIOR to making arrangements to pick up your vehicle so I may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you.  If you are flying into Tampa, you can fly into TIA (Tampa International Airport).  I will be more than happy to pick you up at the airport.

Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.  If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly cooperate.  All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility.  Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between the buyer and the shipping company.  Caravan Auto Sales will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from damage caused in shipment.

Misc. Information:

My Dealership is located in Tampa, Florida.  The State of Florida does not require a safety or emissions inspection.  I am not responsible for the vehicle safety or emissions requirements of your state or country.  The safety or emissions requirements for this vehicle are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Please remember my description is just that a description, I have limited info when it comes to packages, options, and vehicle history.  If you have any questions call before bidding.  Please take the time to read the AUTOCHECK report and all other resources before you commit to buy.

Vehicles that are 10 years old (based on calendar year) and older are exempt from federal odometer disclosure requirements and mileage will be stated as EXEMPT on the Title.

I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.  I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.  I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at any time.  All vehicles are available for sale locally as well as through other internet sites, therefore, I reserve the right to notify bidders and end this auction at any time, and I shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.

Sales Tax, Title, and Licensing Fees are additional to the cost of every vehicle and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Florida Residents:  As a licensed Florida Dealer, I am required to process new tags or tag transfers for Florida residents. Buyer must pay Florida state sales tax, license and registration fees. I will handle all licensing and title work for Florida Buyers as required by Law.  I never charge additional 'Doc Prep' or 'Dealer' fees to process your paperwork.

Out of State Buyers:  When the vehicle is shipped outside of Florida, the Buyer is responsible to pay all taxes in the state where they are registering the vehicle and I do not collect any taxes or fees for the state of Florida.

If an out-of-state Buyer takes delivery of the vehicle in Florida, then I am obligated to collect sales tax at the rate charged in the Buyers home state and not to exceed 6%. This applies only when the Buyer "takes possession" of the vehicle in Florida. I will provide (at no added cost) a Notarized State of Florida Tax document for Buyer to present to their home state proving the amount of tax paid.  You DO NOT pay sales tax twice!  If Buyers State Sales Tax is greater than 6%, Buyer will have to pay any tax owed to their home state.

I can provide the Buyer with a Free 30-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid driver’s license before taking delivery in Florida.
