For sale a 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Rear Wheel Drive with 5.7 Liter 350 Motor. Please read Pros, Cons, and history about vehicle before bidding. Thank You

Pros: Very little surface rust on body. Replaced transmission with about 80,000 miles on it, shifts nice and smooth. New air ride suspension in the rear. Brand new Interstate Battery. Pretty clean underneath for a Northern Ohio car with an older undercoat on it. No holes in exhaust system, passed Ohio Echeck in October 2013. No cracks in windshield. Newer vinyl top.

Cons: Starter on vehicle will not crank car over, its totally dead. Passenger door has several dents and scratches. Passenger side rearview mirror is heavily scratched up. Rear passenger side quarter panel has dents and several scratches. Front passenger side fender has a small dent on the top. 2 back tires are bald on the outside tread. Front tires are starting to dry rot. Passenger seat has come off of its track and can not be moved front or back. Small tear about 1in. on side of drivers seat. Ignition cylinder is worn from years of use, but still turns all the way over and dash lights come on. Some of the chrome has surface scratches, mainly on the passenger side. Has after market CD player installed, but face cover is missing so it does not work. Car will need to be towed as starter will not crank engine.

History of vehicle from what I know: I purchased the vehicle back in November 2013. Caddy ran great for a few weeks until the temperature of the weather started dropping, then starter would have trouble cranking engine when it was cold out, but once car got up to temperature starter had no problem. Once starter started to go bad it drained the battery which in turn caused the alarm system to go off. I reset the alarm system and installed a new battery and drove it around for a few more days. Then once weather dropped below freezing again starter would not engage once more. As soon as weather warmed up above freezing I was able to crawl underneath car and tap on starter and vehicle started running again, drove it around for a few days until weather got cold and then car again would not start. So since the middle of December car has not been driven and has not been started, I think its afraid of snow. I installed a ignition resistor pack under dash to bypass the VATS security system, see picture 15, it can easily be disconnected and original ignition can be hooked back up, it just plugs right in. Security system is NOT reading default. I know these cars are becoming harder to find and I would hate to scrap it, especially since its probably an easy fix. Since car has not been driven or started in a couple months you may run into some other minor issues, like it being flooded from me trying to get it started, or a few small leaks from engine not getting up to temperature. Please Email me with any other questions or more pictures. Car is in good condition, but far from perfect. Would make a great parts car or daily driver once fixed.

Payment and Shipping: I will except cash, certified money order, or personal check once it clears at bank for payment on vehicle. I ask for 600 dollar deposit through PayPal, then you can pay the rest however you see fit. We will set up a time at your convenience for pick up of vehicle. I do not offer shipping. Once again car will need to be towed as started will not crank engine.Title cannot be left open under Ohio's new title law.
