RUNS and LOOKS GREAT – READY FOR A NEW HOME

This is one great Car! You will be happy with this one.

Summary:

Great car that has been my daily driver and family vacation car for nearly 4 years. It does 4+ trips per year from South Florida to North Carolina, each one is 2,000 plus miles. It looks and runs great. It’s a 2 owner vehicle; both of us did maintenance at the Acura Dealer. Her maintenance is shown on the Car Fax as does mine. This is a stock car, never modified or pushed hard.

Take a look at all the pictures and videos. Note, these pictures and video are of the car in a normal state. I did not do a major buffing or cleaning. This TL looks and drives great, but remember it is 9 years old and it is not perfect.

My Recent work to the car:

· Timing Belt 107,000 – 2011

· All Belts - 2012

· Coils, spark plugs, tune up - 2012

· Tires 2 are 6 months old, other 2 are 14 months old

· Alignment – aligned straight - 2012

· Lower Ball Joint bushings, left and right – 2013 (a $700 job)

· New Shocks – 2013

· New front/rear brakes and cross-drilled/slotted brake rotors – 2013

· All fluids replaced; radiator, transmission, brake, steering, oil – 2013

· Oil Change with filter last week

· Several other small things

2004Acura TL Details:

· 143,750 miles

· 270 HP V6 with 4 speed auto transmission (has manual ship)

· Fully loaded except Navigation.

· 8 way power seats, both driver and passenger

· Memory seats, tied to the 2 sets of keys

· VSA, variable stability assist

· 2 sets of keys with remote. Can open all windows from remote.

· Cold A/C and good heat with vents to back seat; digital set tempature so set it and go

· Radio is a 8 speaker system including a subwoofer. Includes 6 disc CD changer, XM Radio, and sound deadening system all stock from Acura.

· All lights outside and inside the car work properly like signals/lights/dash lights/gauges and more

· Tires are Continental ExtremeContact DW which are rated one of the best tires on Tire Rack; they are 235/45/ZR17. Two are 6 months old and the other two are just over a year old. Had to replace 2 due to alignment issue (bushings) which I corrected.

· Paint is good with some normal rock chips up front. Some scratches but many if not majority would buff out

· Dash is cracked, see pictures; this is a known 04 to 08 Acura TL issue; It cracked last year, I never fixed but was offered by Acura 50% coverage by them. You can leave as-is like I did or get it fixed.

Overall, this is a well maintained car that still looks great, drives amazingly great and even gets decent gas mileage. It has good power when you need it and all the nice features one needs. I am an Acura owner for life. I have owned 5 and still own an MDX. You simply cannot beat the quality of a Honda (Acura) and when you do need parts for it they cost normal prices instead of BMW prices. Price out brakes or a alternator for this car versus a BMW, Infiniti, or Mercedes; you will see why Acura wins hands down. If you don’t buy this one, buy another Acura!

This car is in Fort Lauderdale and you are welcome to come see it. I have the clean and normal title ready.

Yes, I have a reserve, but it is private. It should easily be met so bid with the intension of owning it. I will NOT end the auction early unless you offer me my Buy It Now price of $8,200.

I have explained in text, pictures, and video the best I can and have disclosed everything I know about the car. I do honest deals here on eBay. I have sold several vehicles, other large ticket items. I am honest and expect the same from the winning bidder. Please, don’t bid unless you have the cash ready.

Viewing the Car

Please email me through eBay with a name and phone number and we will schedule it. Weekday evenings are good or weekends.

Terms

· Don’t bid unless you have at least 10 on your eBay history and positive feedback. Otherwise email me first with a name and phone number.

· Winning Bidder pays $500 non-refundable deposit through PayPal within 24hrs of auction end

o For the sake of confidence, and buying the unknown, I will refund the deposit if you come here to view it in person and change your mind due to something not listed above. This won’t happen as I have listed everything. But know you can get your money back if I missed something important.

· The winning bidder should email me their phone number within 24 hours of auction close.

· Remaining amount to be paid by cash!

· Full payment is due within 7 days of auction end.

· Car must be moved within 30 days of auction end. Please let me know if you need longer, but payment will still be due.

· No shipping, pick up is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

· No special deals outside of eBay. Deposit is through PayPal and remaining balance is cash in person. I don’t take any checks at all, I am sure you know why. · Must transfer title within 30 days
