Service Department

Each vehicle offered for sale at Incredible has a vehicle history report and has gone through a rigid service and reconditioning process earning the right to claim "Certified". This means that a Certified ASE Master Tech has performed a 10+ mile road test which enables him to put the vehicle through all types of scenarios pertaining to safety and performance to determine its condition. The vehicle is then placed on a service rack and for the next 2 hours inspected for its safety and drivability condition using the latest state of the art computerized diagnostic instruments, tech visuals, tech touches, pressure and leak checks with high tech equipment to determine a failed check point, which is then repaired or replaced. Each electrical component is checked on the vehicle to insure it is in good working condition, all fluids are changed and then the vehicle is professionally reconditioned to like new inside and out. To complete the certification process a final Quality Control Inspection is performed including a final road test once again to insure the vehicle is perfect before transporting it to Incredible's inventory to be offered as a quality vehicle for our valued shoppers.

Source of Inventory

We have many different sources for the vehicles we stock.  Many are hand-selected, purchased at bank sales, off-lease sales, and even from individuals.  With being located in Tampa Bay, many of our clients only live here during the winter months and sell us their vehicles before heading back to their homes up North. 

We buy and sell cars with clean titles.

• Cashiers Checks drawn on US Banks in US Funds
• Finance Checks from your local bank or Credit Union
• We are also happy to arrange FINANCING for you

• Personal Checks - check must clear before released
• Money Wire - all money in before release

Fees

The fee's include:

• Florida State Tax - approx. 7%, (if titling out of state, we will still be responsible to collect Florida State Sales Tax, however, if the vehicle is being shiped by Incredible, than sales tax does not need to be collected)
• Dealer Fee - $299 ($400 less than every other dealer in FL)
• Tag/Registration - this is for your temporary or permanent plate
• Bank Fee - if using a sub-prime lender, your bank me require a bank fee be collected at time of purchase
• Shipping - varys on location
• Warranty - warranties vary depending on term and coverage

* These fee's are fixed and are non-negotiable per Florida State Law.
