Welcome to our no reserve auction for this fully loaded, fuel efficient Nissan Maxima.  This maxima is in awesome condition inside and out.  The transmission shifts very smoothly from each gear and the V6 engine with 227hp provides nice performance. The brakes are good, the A/C is ice cold, the cruise control works. The body is in awesome condition and that dark red paint really shines up nicely, only minor chipping on bottom of the front bumper(see pic).  The interior is in good condition with only a minor rip in the driver seat and a couple of minor stains in the carpet, it features a Bose sound system, CD player and power everything including the leather seats and sunroof.   I test drove this car myself and it really is fun to drive and feels quite luxurious.  Enjoy  the 75+ pictures taken as they give a great physical description of the car.  This is a "No Reserve" auction so the highest bidder gets to drive her home! The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. • This is a legal contract between the buyer and seller.  To ensure all deals go smoothly all buyers must be able to pay cash or have loans pre-approved before bidding. Please only bid if you are serious about purchasing the car.  Proper feedback will be left accordingly and all ill-practices will be reported to Ebay so that nobody’s time is wasted.  We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive negative feedback.

• **MONEY BACK GAURANTEE**:  This vehicle will be exactly as described. Prior to delivery and/or shipping if you don't agree, we will void the auction and refund your deposit. Please note that we are not authorized to reimburse for any shipping or plane tickets.

• A deposit of $500 must be sent via paypal or wire transfer within 48 hours of from the close of the auction.  If you intend to finance your deal you must be pre-approved before bidding.  Full payment must be received within 5 business days via cash or wire transfer.  Once the deposit is received we will mail you the bill of sale and all necessary paperwork.  Once received, the customer must sign and complete the paperwork then return to us by mail.  The vehicle must be paid in full prior to leaving the lot. 

• Customers are expected to pick up or ship out their vehicle within 1 week of the auction closing.  Vehicles not picked up or shipped within 1 week will be subject to a storage charge.  Please contact us for details.  If you intend to fly in and drive the vehicle home we offer complimentary pick up at SWFL International Airport.  If you plan to have the vehicle shipped to you we can assist in shipping arrangements.  We are not affiliated with any shipping companies and are not responsible in any way for any claims that may occur during shipping.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the vehicle insured before it leaves the lot.  We will verify all cashier’s checks with the issuing financial institution prior to delivery of the vehicle. 

• We reserve the right to end the auction if the vehicle sells locally.  Actual mileage may be higher than what is shown here due to test drive's by potential buyers. 

• *A dealer administration fee of $249 will be added to each transaction.  This fee covers all costs not associated with the price of the vehicle including but not limited to title work, couriers and postal service costs.  This also allows us to provide these “no reserve” auctions and offer true wholesale prices to the public.  A cancellation fee of $199 will be applied if a winning bidder fails to complete the transaction.

• Our dealership is  licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Florida which means we can issue temporary tags and handle all paperwork right here when you come pick up your vehicle.  There is a $29 fee for all temporary tags issued.  We are required to collect a 6% sales tax plus any applicable county surtax for Florida residents.  We will mail you your registration via U.S. mail and your title will be mailed to you by the Florida DMV. 

• Out of state customers that have the vehicle shipped or towed will pay taxes in their state.If the vehicle is picked up in Florida we must charge you either Florida sales tax, which is 6% or your state tax.  Whichever one is lower is what you will be charged.  Out of state customers are responsible for titling and registering the vehicle in their state.
