Don't miss out on this chance to own a low milage excellent condition 12 valve cummins diesel truck.  Trucks like this don't come along every day.  I am the second owner of this fantastic dodge.  I bought it several years ago fron an elderly man that had ordered it brand new.  Unfortunately he lost his eyesight and was unable to drive anymore.  When I bought it, it had 71,000 miles.  Thinking I would keep it forever I started modifying it to make it the exact truck I wanted.  Unfortunately for me my needs have changed and I have decided to list it for sale.  It is really a great truck and I will try to describe it as best as I can.  Following are the specs of the truck.
1997 Dodge 3500 Extended Cab Long bed dually 2wd Laramie SLT 3.55 gears - Air conditioning, heat, cruise control, power windows and locks, tinted rear windows, cloth interior, and carpet floor. 
12 valve Cummins P-pump with 91,000 original miles!!!  Gets over 20mpg easy
Just installed a Brand New rebuilt and upgraded NV 4500 5 spd manual transmission from Midwest trans.  No worries about 5th gear failures.  Since I was installing the trans I went ahead and installed a new Valair clutch.  Trans was filled with AMSoil tranny fluid. 
KDP has been fixed with all new seals and gaskets on the the front of the motor.
Windshield is in excellent condition

US Gear D-celerator exhaust brake - works off a master switch and then a micro switch on the gas pedal, very smooth operation

slide in camper tie downs on front of bed and rear bumper - factory towing package - 7 pin connectors at the hitch and in the bed
2 new commercial all seasons on the steer axle - 4 rear tires in good condition and new spare.  Chrome simulators and hub caps in great condition
New shocks all the way around
2 new Napa Batteries
AMSoil gear oil in the rear differential
recent radiator coolant flush
The clear coat started to peal on one of the front fenders which is very common for these trucks so I had the entire front clip stripped and repainted.  Paint looks great.  The body is in excellent condition for its age.  Interior is very clean with no tears.  (dirty in pics) but cleans up very nice.  No cracks in dash.  The tailgate has a few dings and scratches and the dually fenders have some tiny scuffs but overall excellent condition for a 12 valve.  NO Dents.  No rust on the truck, frame rails and underside of body are clean.  Inside of bed is scratched up from carrying stuff and it does have a rubber bed mat.  I am sorry the truck is so dirty in the pictures but the snow is melting and we live on a dirt road, I can't keep it cleen long enough to get to the house.  Truck has two small issues, the fuel gauge is not reading very good and the heat/AC blows out the defrost vents or floor vents but not the dash vents.  Feel free to call if you have any questions, I am a firefighter EMT so I cannot always answer so please leave a message and I will return the call as soon as possible. 970-749-2434
