We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms

The successful high bidder will submit a $300 deposit (100% refund if deal does not work out) within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Cash, Certified Check, bank Transfer,PayPal or We offer Financing, very low rates and low down payment.

Fees and Taxes

Documents fee:$125, Admin Fee: $299.00, TX Residents Pay 6.25 Sales Tax and Title fees,Texas Vehicle inventory Tax(Vit Tax). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Terms of Sale

We provide a free pick up service from Hobby and Bush Intercontinental Airports.

The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, but we will be glad to help in obtaining a carrier service.

All of our vehicles are sold as is, the only warranty is what may be remaining from the factory. All our vehicles qualify for extended service contracts, please feel free to inquire about them.

We do offer In House Financing and of course Conventional Finance as well with very competitive rates.

Our buy back guarantee expires 72 hours after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

We welcome you to order a third party inspection at your own expense - before purchasing the vehicle; even though we have performed a thorough inspection through our service center.
